The Planning and Zoning Commission for the Town of Kremmling will hold a public hearing May 24, 2023 at 6:00 PM, to hear a use by special review request submitted by Shane and Patricia Aschan. The applicant is requesting a use by special review for affirmation of action taken on October 29, 2020 and the addition of a greenhouse at the physical address of 904 Park Ave. The legal description is Subd: Gore City Addition to Kremmling Lot: 8 - 10 Block: 10. An emergency ordinance amending chapter 13.04 of the Kremmling Municipal code concerning water service outisde town limits; setting forth certain parameters; authorizing officials of the town to take all necessary action and ratifying actions previously taken, introduced read on first reading, approved and ordered published in summary the 19th day of April 2023.

The Town of Kremmling (hereinafter called the “Owner”) will receive bids for the Town Park Pavilion Project (the “Project”). The project consists of the construction of a new park pavilion. Plans, specifications, and bid forms will be distributed electronically. Plans can be downloaded at Element Engineering under “Project Bidding” and will be available on April 17th, 2023, by 2:00 PM. The charge for plans is $30.00.

The applicant is requesting a use by special review for a storage building that exceeds 300 square feet or as a garage building that exceeds 1200 sq ft, at the physical address of 1633 Eagle Ave., The legal description is Eagle Addition to Kremmling Lot: 14 Block 3. The Town of Kremmling (hereinafter called the "Owner") is requesting proposals for a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for the Water Treatment Plant Improvements Project. Emailed proposals will be received by the Owner’s Representative until April 7, 2023 at 4:00 PM. Proposals shall be emailed to the Owner’s Representative (contact information listed below). Late proposals will not be accepted. It is the proposing CMAR firm’s responsibility to ensure proposals are received by the Owner’s Representative: Element Engineering, LLC Nicholaus Marcotte, P.E.

The Town of Kremmling (hereinafter called the "Owner") will receive bids for the 2023 Roadway Improvements Project (the "Project"). The Project consists of several concrete and asphalt improvement projects. Approximately 3384 SY of asphalt paving and patching, 126 LF concrete curb & gutter, 312 SY concrete sidewalks and 53 SY concrete crosspans. A copy of such proposed budget has been filed in the Town Hall, 200 Eagle Avenue, Kremmling, Colorado wheresame is open for public inspection. Such proposed budget will be considered at a Special Meeting of the Town of Kremmling Board of Trustees, on December 7, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. in the boardroom located at 200 Eagle Avenue.
