The Planning and Zoning Commission for the Town of Kremmling will hold a Public Hearing April 3, 2023 at 6:00 PM, to hear a use by special review request submitted by Bryan and Jamie Johnston. The applicant is requesting a use by special review for a storage building that exceeds 300 square feet or as a garage building that exceeds 1200 sq ft, at the physical address of 1633 Eagle Ave., The legal description is Eagle Addition to Kremmling Lot: 14 Block 3. A complete copy of the application is available for review at the Kremmling Town Hall, 200 Eagle Ave.

The Town of Kremmling (hereinafter called the "Owner") is requesting proposals for a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for the Water Treatment Plant Improvements Project. Emailed proposals will be received by the Owner’s Representative until April 7, 2023 at 4:00 PM. Proposals shall be emailed to the Owner’s Representative (contact information listed below). Late proposals will not be accepted. It is the proposing CMAR firm’s responsibility to ensure proposals are received by the Owner’s Representative: Element Engineering, LLC Nicholaus Marcotte, P.E.

The Town of Kremmling (hereinafter called the "Owner") will receive bids for the 2023 Roadway Improvements Project (the "Project"). The Project consists of several concrete and asphalt improvement projects. Approximately 3384 SY of asphalt paving and patching, 126 LF concrete curb & gutter, 312 SY concrete sidewalks and 53 SY concrete crosspans. Plans, specifications, and bid forms will be distributed electronically.

A copy of such proposed budget has been filed in the Town Hall, 200 Eagle Avenue, Kremmling, Colorado wheresame is open for public inspection. Such proposed budget will be considered at a Special Meeting of the Town of Kremmling Board of Trustees, on December 7, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. in the boardroom located at 200 Eagle Avenue.

An ordinance repealing and reenacting chapter 13.12 of the Kremmling Municipal Code concerning backflow prevention and cross-connection control

Whereas, State regulations require the Town to adopt a backflow prevention and cross-connection control program; and

Whereas, the Town previously adopted Chapter 13.12 of the Kremmling Municipal Code addressing cross-connections and backflow prevention; and

In accordance with the Municipal Code Chapter 17 of the Town of Kremmling, Colorado, a hearing shall be held before the Planning and Zoning Commission for the Town of Kremmling at or after 6:00 PM on Monday, September 19, 2022, for the purpose of considering Greg Smith, The Shirley Company’s request for approval of a Grand Cliffs Subdivision Sketch Plan.

The hearing will be held at the Town Hall Board Room, 200 Eagle Avenue, Kremmling, Colorado.
