The Planning and Zoning Commission for the Town of Kremmling will hold a public hearing May 24, 2023 at 6:00 PM, to hear a use by special review request submitted by Nate Towne and Mountain Parks Electric. The applicant is requesting a use by special review for a storage building that exceeds 300 square feet at the physical address of 2100 Grand County Road 22. The legal description is Subd: Kremmling Country Addition Lot: 8 Block: 7. Written comments must be received no later than 3:00 PM on May 23, 2023. Interested parties are encouraged to attend the public hearing in person.
