The Town of Kremmling Municipal Court handles traffic, parking, animal, and other municipal code violations. Many of the charges can be paid prior to court. The court clerk is available to accept payment of fines during normal business hours. The court clerk is not allowed to give legal advice; please seek legal advice from an attorney.
Meeting Schedule
Kremmling Municipal Court meets on the third Thursday of every month in the Kremmling Town Hall Boardroom at 200 Eagle Ave, Kremmling.
What to Wear
Please dress professionally and appropriately for court. Halter tops, gang-related clothing, drug-related clothing, clothing with sexually explicit graphics, swimwear, or revealing clothing are not appropriate attire for court appearances. Please remove hats prior to entering the courtroom, unless for religious purposes. The Court reserves the right to refuse entry into the Courtroom.
