Submittal requirements for a Fence Permit can be found in Section 17.12.020B of the Town of Kremmling Municipal Code. A completed Land Use Application form, Fence Permit Application Checklist, (including a site plan), are required to deem an application complete.
The following documents need to be submitted for a Fence Permit Review:
- Land Use Application
- Fence Permit, Checklist, and Attachments
- Fence Permit
- Authorization of Agent
- Cost, Fee, Expense Agreement
- Application Certification
