The legal description is Gore Canyon Ltd. Exemptions Lot: 1 PT Parcel 1. A complete copy of the application is available for review at the Kremmling Town Hall, 200 Eagle Ave. Written comments regarding the special use request may be sent to: Kremmling Town Hall, attn: Planning Director, PO Box 538, Kremmling, CO 80459 or by email to manager@townofkremmling.org with “Grand Cliffs Subdivision” in the subject line.
