The Planning and Zoning Commission for the Town of Kremmling will hold a public hearing May 24, 2023 at 6:00 PM, to hear a use by special review request submitted by Shane and Patricia Aschan. The applicant is requesting a use by special review for affirmation of action taken on October 29, 2020 and the addition of a greenhouse at the physical address of 904 Park Ave. The legal description is Subd: Gore City Addition to Kremmling Lot: 8 - 10 Block: 10. A complete copy of the application is available for review at the Kremmling Town Hall, 200 Eagle Ave.

Written comments must be received no later than 3:00 PM on May 23, 2023. Interested parties are encouraged to attend the public hearing in person.
