The Town of Kremmling, Colorado (the “Town”) is requesting proposals from qualified private companies or individuals (herein referred to as “contractors”) to provide a Fourth of July, 2024 fireworks display.  All proposals must be submitted to the Town Clerk on or before 5:00 PM on October 3, 2023. Proposals will be presented for the Board of Trustee consideration at the October 18th regular Board meeting for July 4, 2024 fireworks show. Documents will be available September 20, 2023 at 8:00 a.m.

Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the Town of Kremmling will hold a Public Hearing commencing at 6:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 13, 2023 at Kremmling Town Hall, 200 Eagle Avenue, Kremmling, Colorado 80459. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to consider a Final Plat for Grand Cliffs Subdivision Filing No. 1 and a Planned Unit Development (“PUD”) overlay for the Grand Cliffs Subdivision.

Kremmling, Colorado – On July 10, 2023 at approximately 11:37 a.m. Grand County Dispatch received a 911 call in regards to a female screaming for help. Initial reports were that this female had located two deceased individuals inside the residence in the 900 block of Kinsey Avenue in the Town of Kremmling. Kremmling Police Department and a Grand County Sheriff’s Office Deputy arrived on scene and confirmed that there were two adults deceased inside the residence.

Community Celebration Events Press Onward

Kremmling, CO (June 30, 2023) – The Town of Kremmling, in an abundance of caution, will forgo hosting the fireworks scheduled for the evening of July 4th due to safety concerns. The Kremmling Chamber of Commerce will still be hosting the 4th of July celebration and activities in the Old Town Square.

For many years the Town of Kremmlings’s 4th of July fireworks display has been occurring from the Kremmling Cliffs. Two locations located on the top of the cliffs have been approved for the fireworks show.

Town of Kremmling Had Elevated Levels of Turbidity

Our water system recently violated a drinking water requirement. Although this situation is not an emergency, as our customers you have a right to know what happened, what you should do, and what we are doing to correct this situation.

The Planning and Zoning Commission for the Town of Kremmling will hold a public hearing June 29, 2023, at 6:30 PM on an application for a use by special review for a storage building that exceeds 300 square feet at 2100 Kinsey Ave. The applicant is Mountain Parks Electric and Nate Towne, 2100 Kinsey Ave. The legal description is Kremmling Country Addition, Lot 8, Block 7. The Planning and Zoning Commission for the Town of Kremmling will hold a public hearing June 15, 2023 at 5:30 PM on an application for a use by special review for a commercial/ storage building with attached residential unit, fence in excess of six feet, and a greenhouse at 904 Park Avenue. The applicant is The Foamers, Inc., PO Box 6690, Dillon, CO 80435. The legal description is Gore City Addition to Kremmling, Lots 8 – 10, Block 10. The Planning and Zoning Commission for the Town of Kremmling will hold a public hearing June 15, 2023 at 5:30 PM on an application for a use by special review for a storage building that exceeds 300 square feet at 2100 Kinsey Ave. The applicant is Mountain Parks Electric and Nate Towne, 2100 Kinsey Ave. The legal description is Kremmling Country Addition, Lot 8, Block 7. The Planning and Zoning Commission for the Town of Kremmling will hold a public hearing May 24, 2023 at 6:00 PM, to hear a use by special review request submitted by Nate Towne and Mountain Parks Electric. The applicant is requesting a use by special review for a storage building that exceeds 300 square feet at the physical address of 2100 Grand County Road 22. The Planning and Zoning Commission for the Town of Kremmling will hold a public hearing May 24, 2023 at 6:00 PM, to hear a use by special review request submitted by Shane and Patricia Aschan. The applicant is requesting a use by special review for affirmation of action taken on October 29, 2020 and the addition of a greenhouse at the physical address of 904 Park Ave. The legal description is Subd: Gore City Addition to Kremmling Lot: 8 - 10 Block: 10.
