The Planning and Zoning Commission for the Town of Kremmling will hold a public hearing June 15, 2023 at 5:30 PM on an application for a use by special review for a commercial/ storage building with attached residential unit, fence in excess of six feet, and a greenhouse at 904 Park Avenue. The applicant is The Foamers, Inc., PO Box 6690, Dillon, CO 80435. The legal description is Gore City Addition to Kremmling, Lots 8 – 10, Block 10. A complete copy of the application is available for review at the Kremmling Town Hall, 200 Eagle Ave.
Any person may appear at the public hearing and be heard regarding the matters under consideration. Written comments may be sent to: Kremmling Town Hall, attn. Planning Director, PO Box 538, Kremmling, CO 80459. Written comments must be received no later than 3:00 PM on June 14, 2023.
