Public Notice regarding Ordinance No. 707
An ordinance repealing and reenacting chapter 13.12 of the Kremmling Municipal Code concerning backflow prevention and cross-connection control
Whereas, State regulations require the Town to adopt a backflow prevention and cross-connection control program; and
Whereas, the Town previously adopted Chapter 13.12 of the Kremmling Municipal Code addressing cross-connections and backflow prevention; and
Public Hearing regarding Grand Cliff Subdivision Sketch Plan
In accordance with the Municipal Code Chapter 17 of the Town of Kremmling, Colorado, a hearing shall be held before the Planning and Zoning Commission for the Town of Kremmling at or after 6:00 PM on Monday, September 19, 2022, for the purpose of considering Greg Smith, The Shirley Company’s request for approval of a Grand Cliffs Subdivision Sketch Plan.
The hearing will be held at the Town Hall Board Room, 200 Eagle Avenue, Kremmling, Colorado.
All interested citizens are invited to attend.
