An ordinance repealing and reenacting chapter 13.12 of the Kremmling Municiapl Code concerning backflow prevention and cross-connection control; setting forth certain parameters; authorizing officials of the Town to take all necessarry action and ratifying actions previously taken, introduced, read on first reading, approved and ordered published in summary the 17th day of August 2022. A public hearing was held at the Regular Board of Trustees Meeting of Kremmling, Colorado, on the 21st day of September 2022, or as soon thereafter as possible, at the Town Hall, Kremmling, Colorado.
