The Planning and Zoning Commission for the Town of Kremmling will hold a public hearing June 15, 2023 at 5:30 PM on an application for a use by special review for a storage building that exceeds 300 square feet at 2100 Kinsey Ave. The applicant is Mountain Parks Electric and Nate Towne, 2100 Kinsey Ave. The legal description is Kremmling Country Addition, Lot 8, Block 7. A complete copy of the application is available for review at the Kremmling Town Hall, 200 Eagle Ave.
Any person may appear at the public hearing and be heard regarding the matters under consideration. Written comments regarding the use by special review request may be sent to: Kremmling Town Hall, attn. Planning Director, PO Box 538, Kremmling, CO 80459. Written comments must be received no later than 3:00 PM on June 14, 2023.
