The Town of Kremmling (hereinafter called the “Owner”) will receive bids for the Town Park Pavilion Project (the “Project”). The project consists of the construction of a new park pavilion. Plans, specifications, and bid forms will be distributed electronically. Plans can be downloaded at www.elementengineering.net under “Project Bidding” and will be available on April 17th, 2023, by 2:00 PM. The charge for plans is $30.00. Bid proposals from interested contractors must be received electronically in PDF format by Element Engineering by the proposal deadline of May 11 th , 2023, at 10:00 AM. Bid proposals shall be emailed to the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org . Bid Proposals shall be made on the forms furnished in the bid documents. Copy of bid bond shall also be included in the emailed bid package. Original bid bond shall be mailed to the office of the engineer 12687 W. Cedar Drive, Suite 300 Lakewood, CO 80228 attention Mike Hager. The bond will be retained by the Owner if the successful bidder refuses or fails to enter into a contract with the Owner. Bids shall be valid for sixty (60) consecutive calendar days from the bid date. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any informality, technicality or irregularity in any Bid, to disregard all non-conforming, non-responsive, conditional or alternate Bids, to negotiate contract terms with the Successful Bidder, to require statements or evidence of Bidders’ qualifications, including financial statements, and to accept the proposal that is in the opinion of the Owner in its best interest.
