Public Hearing April 3 for Special Review Request

The Planning and Zoning Commission for the Town of Kremmling will hold a Public Hearing April 3, 2023 at 6:00 PM, to hear a use by special review request submitted by Bryan and Jamie Johnston. The applicant is requesting a use by special review for a storage building that exceeds 300 square feet or as a garage building that exceeds 1200 sq ft, at the physical address of 1633 Eagle Ave., The legal description is Eagle Addition to Kremmling Lot: 14 Block 3. A complete copy of the application is available for review at the Kremmling Town Hall, 200 Eagle Ave. Written comments regarding the use by special review request may be sent to: Kremmling Town Hall, attn: Planning Director, PO Box 538, Kremmling, CO 80459. Written comments must be received no later than 3:00 p.m. on March 31, 2023. Interested parties are encouraged to attend the public hearing in person.
