Pay and Benefits
Part-time temporary employees are eligible for sick/PTO time benefit at 1 hour per 30 hours worked minimum. The hiring range for the position is $14 -$18 depending on qualifications and experience. This is a temporary seasonal position.
Summary
This is an entry-level position that requires minimal qualifications and experience. We are looking for a dedicated individual to assist with coordinating Youth Programs, Adult Programs, and Special Events located at the Kremmling Red Mountain Sports Complex and multiple recreational areas throughout the year. This person, under the supervision of the Town Manager, is responsible for assisting the Recreation Coordinator with evening and weekend coordinating, programming and logistics for supporting recreation programs. This position requires some use of maintenance equipment and tools to perform essential duties. The last day of the season is November 15th, 2024.
Minimum Qualifications
Education and Experience
- One year’s experience working in a customer service-oriented environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
- Basic written, verbal, problem solving, and organization skills.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English and perform basic math
Licenses/Certifications
- Valid Colorado Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in governmental relationships with community groups, agencies, private business and other levels of government is preferred.
