The Board of Trustees, for the Town of Kremmling, met in the Boardroom located at 200 Eagle Avenue, Kremmling, Colorado 80459. With Mayor Grover Pryor presiding, the meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. Trustees present: Trustee Miller, Trustee Pesch, Trustee Bakke, Trustee Howell, Trustee Prewitt, and Mayor Pro Tern Sammons. Staff present: Town Manager Ashley Macdonald, Public Works Director Dillon Willson, Interim Police Chief Jesse Lisenby and Deputy Town Clerk Teagan Serres.

- Discussion and Action - Capital Purchase Request for 2023 Chevrolet Tahoe 4WD: Chief Lisenby explained that the Board approved a Capital Purchase of two fleet vehicles for the Kremmling Police Department in the 2023 adopted budget. The KPD has the opportunity to purchase one vehicle sooner than previously expected.
Discussion included the following topics:
- Confirmation of the amount budgeted.
- Clarification regarding the vehicle being entirely outfitted for the KPD.
- Replacement/maintenance plan to cycle out older vehicles.
- The efficiency of a Chevrolet Tahoe.
- The desire of matching KPD fleet vehicles.
- Timeline of availability of other vehicles.
- Needed to outfit fourth patrol officer position.
Mayor Pro Tem Sammons motion to approve the Capital Purchase Request for the 2023 Chevrolet Tahoe 4WD in an amount not to exceed $63,486.15. Trustee Miller seconds. Voice vote taken; all "aye" votes. Motion Passed.
