The purpose of the Public Hearing is to consider a First Amendment of the Grand Cliffs Neighborhood Planned Unit Development Guide (PUD). The property is zoned R-1, and the approved PUD overlay allows a mix of housing and lot types, including duplexes and accessory dwelling units, and amends various town standards to create a neighborhood feel. The First Amendment of the Grand Cliffs Neighborhood PUD proposed amending the driveway standards previously approved.

The purpose of the Public Hearing is to consider a First Amendment of the Grand Cliffs Neighborhood Planned Unit Development Guide (PUD). Any person may appear at the Public Hearings and be heard regarding the matters under consideration. The approximate location of the property is between 3rd and 5th Street and north of Kinsey Avenue. The legal description of the property is set forth on Exhibit A.
