The Board of Adjustment for the Town of Kremmling will hold a Public Hearing at the Kremmling Area Chamber of Commerce building, 203 Park Avenue, Kremmling, CO, on September 4, 2025 at 6:00 PM, to hear a Variance Request submitted by Brad Bailey and Vicky Hinchcliffe, 2560 Apres Ski Way, Steamboat Springs, CO 80487. The Application seeks a variance to the Central Business zoning District dimensional standards of lot size and setbacks, to allow construction of two detached single family residences on land zoned for CB (Central Business) use. The legal description is Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, Eagle Avenue Subdivision, located at 311 Eagle Avenue and 110 South Fourth Street, Kremmling, Colorado.
