Public Hearing regarding a Use by Special Review Application

The Planning and Zoning Commission for the Town of Kremmling will hold a Public Hearing at the Kremmling Area Chamber of Commerce building, 203 Park Avenue, Kremmling, CO, on September 10, 2025 at 6:00 PM, to hear a Use by Special Review application submitted by Brad Bailey and Vicky Hinchcliffe, 2560 Apres Ski Way, Steamboat Springs, CO 80487.  The Application seeks approval of construction of two detached single family residences on land zoned for CB (Central Business) use.  The legal description is Eagle Avenue Subdivision, located at 311 Eagle Avenue and 110 South Fourth Street, Kremmling, Colorado.  A complete copy of the application is available for review at the Kremmling Town Hall, 200 Eagle Ave.

Written comments regarding the special use request may be sent to: Kremmling Town Hall, attn: Planning Director, PO Box 538, Kremmling, CO 80459 or by email to planner@townofkremmling.org. Email and written comments must be received no later than 3:00 p.m. on September 10, 2025.  Interested parties are encouraged to attend the public hearing in person.
